My wife and I and our two children had a fantastic time at the Cays, the House we stayed in was just perfect and Norman (Mr Wells) made sure every one of our needs was catered for. The fishing trip he took me on was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cays last year – everything was just perfect. The villa we rented was very comfortable, spacious and clean and provided the ideal accommodation for our stay.
The facilities at the Cays were excellent. Having the pool and beach area meant we never had to go far to enjoy the sun and swimming and having the bar onsite as well allowed us to sit by the pool either by day or night again without having to travel anywhere. All the facilities were very clean and safe – the pool, the bar area and the surrounding gardens which also added to the picturesque setting.
I would highly recommend a stay at the Cays to anyone and would definitely go back and spend another holiday there.

I was truly impressed with the Cays. My cameraman and my self stayed in one of the many luxurious homes that are on site. The home was spacious, clean and had all the amenities. My hosts Norman Wells and Mike Walker made sure that we had every thing that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. For great bone fishing and just plain old R & R I highly recommend the Cays….

Regatta Point is a stunning little corner of Great Exuma. Located on a pinnacle of Georgetown, the suites overlook the entire bay, arguably the best view on the island. The hotel is owned and maintained by Nancy Bottomley, with help from staff and her son Croft. Nancy has been on the island for decades and is well loved and respected by her faithful guests and the local Bahamians.

Regatta Point is the place to watch Exuma’s famous Family Island Regatta. From the walls around Regatta Point you can see the homemade Bahamian sloops race by, making it the place for regatta judges and racers alike to stay.

If you are fortunate to be able to get a flight to Exuma during the Family Island Regatta, I fully recommend Regatta Point.

Your host Valerie has 4 rental cottages on her Oceanside location in the quiet village of Hartswell Exuma. Each 2 bedroom cottage has full kitchen and screened porch where you can enjoy a sundowner and look out over the nearby deserted islands that make up a marine sanctuary. February Point special: $500 a night for 2/2.5 oceanfront villa

Summer is ending in Exuma and the rental properties will soon be raising their prices for winter vacationers. Most properties close their summer pricing schedules October 31st.
